Deposit and Cancellation policy

Congratulations on booking your next tattoo! Please review this policy thoroughly. 

•All scheduled tattoos requiring a design to be put together, require a minimum $50 deposit.  This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your tattoo, and will hold your scheduled appointment time and date. For larger tattoos or tattoos requiring more time, the deposit amount may be greater (to be determined at the time of your consultation.) 

 •All tattoo deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

•For multi-session tattoos, the deposit will be held as payment towards the last session of the tattoo.

 •No Drawings or drafts are emailed or otherwise previewed to clients before their scheduled appointment time, unless stated otherwise.

• In the event that you need to reschedule, I require to be notified at least 48 hours in advance. I will move your deposit with your appointment up to two times before it is forfeited. 

•Completely changing a design (requiring a total redraw) will also forfeit a deposit at my discretion, and may require a new deposit to be made.

 •Being more than 15 minutes late can result in your appointment being rescheduled for a later date and time and, in most cases, a new deposit will be required. 

• Deposit will be forfeited if you arrive to a tattoo appointment without government-issued identification. 

•Deposit will be forfeited if you fail to reschedule a new appointment within 30 days of a cancelled appointment.

•Deposits are valid for one year, if you have satisfactorily met with the cancellation guidelines. 

Designing, scheduling, and consulting with clients is time consuming, and I appreciate your dedication and commitment!
